STWD900 SPUA potable water anticorrosion waterproof coating is a polymer reacted by Isocyanate (party A) and Amino compound (party B). The technical formulation is imported from STWD Urethane Company, the raw materials and production process adopted are harmless and toxic free, it meets the requirements of Standard Specification for Potable Water Products and gained License Number of Health permit of Ministry of chemical industry. The operative norm is (Jiangsu) sanitary water (2016) number 3200-0005. Following the high-solids coatings, waterborne coatings, radiation curable coatings, powder coatings and other low (no) pollution coating technologies, Spray Polyurea Elastomer (short as SPUA) technology is a new solvent-free, pollution-free green application technology which is developed to meet environmental requirements in nearly two decades abroad. It has been used in drinking water pipelines, storage tanks and water tanks that meet the food standards, with its outstanding waterproof, anticorrosion and protective capabilities, as well as environmental protection, pollution-free sanitary performance.
Characteristics
The product has high reactivity, complete chemical reaction, no harmful substances in the cured film, also with no chemical precipitation in actual use. Rapid cure, can be sprayed forming on any bent, slope and vertical surfaces without sagging. Dense and seamless coating, completely isolated from air, water, and other media infiltration or penetration. It has excellent adhesive strength and impact resistance, combines good anticorrosion waterproof, abrasion resistance, anti-aging and safe environment protection performance. The hardness is adjustable to meet high elasticity and high ductility or high hardness and high strength support requirements.
