Product Description

During the High-speed train drives at a speed of 300km/h, the wheel axles are usually hit by the gravels with same rate or splattered with high friction from stones and particles impact and then need to be protected very strictly. The traditional protective materials and techniques are unable to meet the demand of high-speed hitting corrosion in the wearable environment. Especially in the northeast or northwest of China with large difference in temperature, the materials' physical properties are challenged further. The normal non-metal coating is hardly to meet the impact resistance and wearable effect for its bad adhesive strength with metal substrate and the insufficient hardness of themselves. STWD heavy duty elastomer wearable protective coating has high strength and hardness against fast hit and wear, with excellent flexibility to absorb impact energy, Its high bonding strength could to guarantee the resistance during the high-speed hit and compact environment. It is the ideal protective material for high-speed train axles.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              
Characteristics              The product has high reactivity, rapid cure, could spray-forming on curved, slope and vertical surface without sagging. The coating film is flexible and compact dense for isolate moisture and oxygen penetration, with excellent adhesive strength and cathodic disbonement resistance performance, it is impact resistance, wearable, anticorrosion waterproof and anti-aging that can withstand the hot and cold circumstance and alternative impact of wind snow rain fog, no pulverization or peel off or crack when long-term use outdoor.

Application note
1. Agitate part B uniform prior to application, thoroughly mix the deposited pigments, or the product's quality will be affected.
2. Spray polyurea within the proper time if the substrate surface is primed. For the application method and interval time of STWD polyurea speical primer please refer to STWD company's other brochure.
3. Always apply STWD900 on a small area before large application to check the mix ratio, color and spray effect are correct. For detailed information of application please refer to the latest instruction sheet of the application instructions of STWD spray polyurea series.
