Product Description

Household appliance such as refrigerator and water heater usually have a polyurethane casting foam layer inside the case to reach the heat insulation energy efficient effect. Applying with polyurethane insulation foam layer in the refrigerator can reduce the cases' thickness, the available capability inside is much bigger than that of glass fiber insulation layers in the same external dimensions. Since polyurethane foam has high strength, when the case adheres to the interior walls without any supporting materials needed which occurs no "cold bridge" and ensures the overall excellent insulation performance of refrigerator and water heaters. Characteristics            
Chemically foaming by special polyether polyol and isocyanate. With good f
luidity in the foaming process and easy to shape, the foam density is uniform and impact, with reasonable structure and excellent dimensional stability and adhesion strength. Low heat conductivity coefficient, high heat insulation, light weight, with high compressive strength and strong low temperature shrinkage performance.
