Product Description
STWD189 one-component polyurea sealant is a moisture-curing polymer single-liquid type product with a new type of silane-sealed polyether as the main resin, which reacts with moisture in the air to generate a rubber-like elastomer to achieve the potting effect. Because of its high solid content, non-foaming, high bonding and hydrophilic reaction characteristics, the sealing effect of the product is better than ordinary similar products. At the same time, the product's low modulus and high elasticity make it effective in solving the leakage problems that occur in structures such as deformation joints, expansion joints and junction joints.

Application tools and application instructions
Hand scraper or pouring (loose concrete surface should be pre-treated and strengthened)
Application environment
Ambient temperature:-5~-+40ºC.
Relative humidity:≤90%
Dew point:≥3ºC
Surface Pre-treatment
Metal surface: It is recommended to remove rust by sand blasting to reach Sa2.5 grade of ISO8501-1 or GB8923 standard.
Concrete Surface: It should be solid, dense, flat, clean and dry. There should be no sanding, crusting, cracks, honeycomb surface and other phenomena.

Application note
- This product can be used at a low temperature of -10ºC. If used in a low temperature environment, it is recommended to place the paint bucket in an air-conditioned room at a high temperature for more than 24 hours.
- It is recommended to pour out as much as you can use up at one time, and seal the lid of the bucket in time, and the liquid shall not be poured back into the original bucket after use.
- When filling the gap, you can pour the material into a triangular plastic bag and tie it tightly. Apply on the sharp corners of the plastic bag to cut holes of 6-15mm in diameter, along the gap extrusion apply the material into the gap.
- If the application thickness is thick, it is recommended to apply 2 layer. Each application interval is in 6-30 hours.

Storage temperature: 5ºC-35ºC
*Shelf life: 6 months from the date of production and unopened state (ensure that the product packaging is sealed).
*Store in a cool, ventilated environment, avoid direct sunlight.
