Product Description

 The chemical storage tank is an very important equipment in a chemical factory, once the tanks get leaked or damaged, it will not also cause property lose but also hurt the workers. STWD9594 is a high performance one component moisture cure polyurethane coating material, the coating adopts large amount of urea bond, two urea bond, urethane bond and hydrogen bond during the pre polymerization process, it is cured after absorption with air moisture, the dense cross-linked interpenetrating network make the coating film has robust chemical resistance and physical property. It has excellent infiltration and permeability characteristics, and it will react with the hydroxyl bond of the substrate so that the adhesive strength is greatly improved with chemical and physical adhesion. In the storage tanks internal wall application, STWD9594 coating can be applied matching with special primer, it can also be used as a bottom integration material.
