Product Description

Underground pipelines on the projects of heat supply, cooling equipment, oil and gas transportation are usually paved with insulation layers. Polyurethane foam is the most idea insulation materials for its low heat conductivity coefficient and environment friendly performance. Polyurethane insulation pipeline consists polyethylene protective shell, PU rigid foam layers, steel pipes and leakage alarm line. In this structural system, polyurethane foam can not only insulation but also be anticorrosion protection layer for the steel pipes. STWD Urethane Co., USA developed underground pipeline special polyurethane foam in the 1970s which has been widely applied on the petroleum, gas and urban heat supply fields in America and Canada.
                     
Characteristics             Chemically foaming by the special functional polyether polyol and isocyanate, polyurethane foam has low heat conductivity coefficient, excellent insulation effect that greatly decrease the heat loss in pipeline running. High closed cell rate, low water absorption rate and firmly bonded with steel pipelines, insulating water and air penetration, it will effectively prevent the pipe from rust. Anti-aging, the service life is able to be as long as the pipeline self.
