Product Description
STWD8006 one component transparent PU wood structure coating takes high performance single component PU prepolymer resin as raw material, curing after reaction with air moisture. The coating film contains large amount of urea bond, urethane bond and hydrogen bond, with excellent physical property, stable chemical resistance to acid, alkali, salt and oil, with superior waterproof, mildew resistance, pest control and anti-white ants performance.

Application tips
Apply the products at above -10ºC. The temperature of raw material shall has 3ºC higher than dew point, to prevent the condensation phenomenon.
STWD suggests to pour out the limited material each time to prevent moisture cure. Any material leftover shall be stored in separate container for future use. Don't pour the material to original buckets. Seal the package immediately after pour out the limited material. Reduce the time of contacting with air is necessary for it will react with air moisture.
Use out of the material within one hour or the viscosity will be increased then affect application.
Use ace tone or MEK to clean the tools before the products fully cured.
