Product Description
The steel structures on chemical plants and coastal areas have high demand for anticorrosion property. STWD9593 is a high performance one component moisture cure polyurethane coating material, the coating adopts large amount of urea bond, two urea bond, urethane bond and hydrogen bond during the pre polymerization process, it is cured after absorption with air moisture, the dense cross-linked interpenetrating network make the coating film has robust chemical resistance and physical property. It has excellent infiltration and permeability characteristics, and it will react with the hydroxyl bond of the substrate so that the adhesive strength is greatly improved with chemical and physical adhesion. The moisture cure principle makes it has excellent shielding effect. It is abrasion resistance, impact resistance, and flexible to avoid crack, most suitable for the steel structures which has high demand for large span and heavy duty anticorrosion requirements.
