Spray polyurea is a solvent free, pollution free green product, it has been applied on many major projects of anticorrosion waterproof protection field since its high physical and corrosion resistance property. But in normal conditions, spray polyurea must be applied with special machine which requires two hundred thousand RMB, and has high demand on the applicators ability, therefore it causes some inconvenience for the polyurea application. STWD Urethane USA developed a new simple-applied cold polyurea, it is a revolutionary product in polyurea industry that updated people's understanding of polyurea technology, which created opportunity for the wider application scopes of spray polyurea.

Characteristics             
Cold polyurea is applied with a simple spray gun, easy to apply, one person can operate it. It can be directly sprayed in the temperature above 25ºC, use a microwave to heat the liquid material to 35ºC if the environment temperature below 25ºC. The curing time is adjustable from 2-10 min, can be sprayed forming on any curve, vertical or slope surface, without sagging. The coating is flexible, compact and seamless, with excellent comprehensive physical properties, no powdery, no peel off or crack after long term outdoor use, it is resistant to any cold & hot impact and weather changing corrosion.
