Product Description
STWD860 solvent free heavy duty ceramic organic coating combines inorganic SiO2 that has high anticorrosion and temperature resistance with organic substrates. It is a two component, polyfunctionality solvent free coating membrane integrated inorganic and organic compounds. The cured film has high cross linking density, the molecular chain structure has no hydroxyl and ester group but replaced with strong chemical ether bond (-C-O-C), so it has excellent corrosion prevention performance.
Features and advantages
* the coating is dense, with strong hardness and good flexibility that can withstand the cyclic stress failure and small cracks of concrete
* excellent adhesive strength with various metal and non metal materials
* excellent resistance to heat and sharp changes of temperature
* high impact resistance, collide and abrasion resistance
* excellent chemical resistance such as acid, alkali, salt and others.
*excellent anticorrosion property, almost resistance to any high acid, alkali, salt and other solvents
* excellent uv resistance and weather resistance, can be applied long term outdoor.
* excellent anticorrosion property to reduce the maintenance cost of whole service life
* solvent free, environment friendly
* extend the service life of sprayed structure
Typical use
Durable protection of high acid, alkali, solvent corrosion application in high temperature and humidity industries such as chemicals, oil refining, power plant, metallurgy for the
equipment, steel structure, flooring, water tanks, storage tanks, reservoirs.
