Product Description
STWD9513 polyurea is a 100% solids aromatic spray polyurea elastomer. Due to the frequent traffic of loading and discharge of cargo, the truck container is easily damaged by the heavy impact, collision and wear strength. The normal coatings can decorate the truck bed rather than protect it effectively. The bed liner of a new truck is usually destroyed in less than 1 year after application. Spray polyurethane elastomer innovated a brand new solution for the truck bed liners protection. It has been widely applied in the automotive manufacturing industry in the US with perfect reputation.
Product features and advantages.
*Solvent free, 100% solid content, safe, environmentally friendly, odor free.
*Rapid cure, can be sprayed forming on any bent surface, on slope and vertical spray to be a model, won't make sagging.
*Dense coating seamless, good flexibility, high adhesive strength
*Excellent impact resistance, collide and abrasion resistance
*Excellent corrosion resistance and chemical resistance properties, such as acids, alkalis, salts, etc.
*Good shock absorption performance
*Excellent temperature change stability
*Fast cure, so that the construction area quickly revert
